The Gravel Pit is the personal weblog of Laurens Lambert, a long time fan of the fantasy and science fiction genre. The weblog mainly features reviews of fantasy, science fiction and occasionally horror and mystery reading. For me, it is way of exposing the works of authors that I think deserve the attention of the general public and it is a site where people can find and offer insightful and honest opinions regarding the works exposed here. I am an independent reviewer, meaning that I am not in any way connected to any publishers in the United Kingdoms, United States or otherwise.
